many years away, we are making our Costa Rican home available to you to enjoy, by means of a venue that will
guarantee your ideal vacation every year!
The premise is quite simple:
If you are willing to invest pre-construction, you will be leasing a newly constructed (built by and to North
American codes), luxuriously appointed, three bedrooms, two bath house (not a condo!) at a bargain price and can
(1) pre-select the weeks each year that you wish to vacation.
Here are some examples for comparison:
The existing rate for renting a home near the Pacific Ocean in Guanacaste Province, Costa Rica is $600 per bedroom
per week and this does NOT include golf privileges!
A three bedroom villa can currently cost up to $1800.00 for one week, plus, many available homes are 20 years or
older and may lack some features you might expect/want.
Papagayo Golf and Country Club charges $80.00 per round of 18 holes with a power cart. That in itself is a
bargain for resort golf ANYWHERE!!!! Try finding that price in Hawaii, Mexico or anywhere in the Caribbean!
4 people X 18 holes = $320.00.
If 4 people golf 18 holes everyday for 5 days, they can expect to pay $1600 just for golf!
Using the above numbers, two couples looking for a quiet, secure and laid-back golf vacation would
expect to pay:
$1800.00 for lodging + $1600.00 for golf = $3400.00 total or $1700.00 per couple.
For a relatively short time Casa de KaPa is offering a brand new, 3 bedroom private home (Spanish -
Mediterranean style)

4 rounds of golf with power cart EACH DAY (7 days) at a "pre-construction" price of $1250.00 per week -
an incredible savings of over $2000.00 per week at current market value!
As the Golf Course matures and Northwest Costa Rica becomes a more popular vacation destination future savings will be even more dramatic as these weeks become more expensive.
When you purchase a Casa de KaPa Silver, Gold or Premium Vacation Package, you have SECURED a vacation bargain for years to come - you own those weeks which means you have total control of their use
you can:
- Use your weeks for personal vacation.
- Use your weeks as gifts (wedding, anniversary, graduation
..)
- "Resell" your weeks at current market value
plus many many more options!
Scenario #1 > Your purchase choice is the Premium Package*
Option #1
2 weeks for 10 years you can then decide that:
Years # 1, 2, 4, 6, 8 & 10 are going to be used as personal vacations**. As part of "cost sharing", you
charge your travel companions $600 per week for lodging and golf!!!!
You paid $1250 per week then recovered $600 for each of 12 weeks - in other words, you have vacationed in
Costa Rica, golfed every day for 12 weeks over 6 years period and have recovered $7200. But you still have
8 weeks over 4 years remaining. Sell them!! At $2500 per week (still an excellent bargain), you'll recover $20,000.00 of your initial investment.
That's a TOTAL recovery of your Vacation Package investment + 13%, all in addition to your 12 weeks of Costa Rica
vacation & every day golf. Obviously, the more weeks you resell the higher your investment return.
For example: if you sell half of your 20 weeks at $2500.00 for each week, you have totally recovered your
initial investment and made an additional $1,000.00. PLUS, you still have 10 weeks of vacation & golf remaining!!!!!!!!
It's not unreasonable to think that in 5 years you could sell your remaining weeks for $3000.00 per week or more!!!

..Option # 2
..2 weeks per year for 5 years
Each year you can elect to use one week of each of the five years for your own personal use and bring along friends to make a golf " foursome"
..charging the other 3 people $600*** each. ( 3 x $600 = $1800 x 5 years = $9000.00)
You then "sell" your second week for each of the five years for $2500*** per week (5 x $2500 = $12,500)
Total return (profit) on investment = $9500.00 PLUS you get your vacation & golf for 5 years!!!
Scenario # 3 > Your purchase choice is the Premium Package
Option # 3
5 weeks per year for 4 years
You can form your own "Family & Friends Vacation Co-Op" with family and/or friends & neighbors, purchase the
package as a group & "share" the 5 weeks each year!! Weeks do not have to be consecutive and considering that the house will accommodate three couples or more, versatility is a huge option here!
Please be advised that this is a very limited time offer, effective only until October 2007!!!! As we get
closer to construction there will be a price increase. When construction actually commences, there will be
an additional price increase. As soon as Casa de KaPa is ready for occupancy, golf vacation packages will be priced at current market rates.
As an added incentive for pre-construction investors only, additional weeks may be added to the package at a discounted rate. Premium Package investors will receive a 25% discount from current market rates for any additional weeks they wish to purchase. Please refer to the Casa de KaPa Package Plans for more details.
